Chrishell Stause has answered the question on everyone’s lips: is she coming back to Selling Sunset for Season 9?
Selling Sunset Season 8 saw Chrishell lock horns with Nicole Young over a comment she made about Chrishell’s same-sex relationship. More recently, Chrishell has accused Nicole of making up a lie about her cast-mate and bestie Emma Hernan. More on that below!
Fans have been concerned that Chrishell won’t return for Selling Sunset Season 9 because of her beef with Nicole. However, the reality star told Pedestrian that she’d be open to coming back if she was paid the right amount.
“This is actually the first time I’ve answered this question,” Chrishell began.
“I have very strong feelings about her, that I stand 10 toes down, and I don’t take any of that back,” she added, referring to Nicole.
“However, I’m also a businesswoman, and I always will be able to change my mind if you add a zero.”
“So listen, I hate her,” she continued. “But, if you’re going to pay me a ton of money to say it to her face, write the cheque, I guess.”
Chrishell hinted at her Selling Sunset return on The Today Show
The real estate agent also addressed the burning question during a segment on Channel 9’s The Today Show.
Chrishell appeared on The Today Show to promote a clothing drive she’s doing in collaboration with Red Cross and Uber.
During the interview, host Karl Stefanovic asked Chrishell if she was planning to return for season nine of the popular reality show.
“There’s been a lot of things in the air. I think, right now, we’re basically trying to see where the various things fall and, hopefully so,” she said.
What’s the beef between Nicole and Chrishell?
Selling Sunset Season 8 saw a whole lot of drama go down — but there was perhaps even more post-show.
Towards the end of the season, Nicole told some of her cast mates she’d heard that her co-star Emma Hernan was having an affair with a married man.
The cast were given advance episodes to watch days before the season premiered on Netflix, and all hell broke loose when Emma discovered what Nicole had said on the show.
Chrishell jumped to the defence of her best friend Emma and made her feelings known on social media.

“Disclaimer when you watch: Just know she spews a disgusting lie about a bestie that is categorically FALSE and SUPER damaging. It is NOT TRUE…,” she wrote in an Instagram story.
She also called out the show’s production team.
“@done_and_done_productions, and you are disgusting for blindsiding her with this to see with the world instead of letting her at LEAST defend herself with the TRUTH,” she wrote.
Chrishell’s Instagram story. Image: Instagram.
Chrishell added that despite having a contract to be a part of Season 9, she won’t be involved unless Nicole is gone.
“I will NEVER work on a show with her on it again,” she said before adding she “would rather be sued.”
Welp, sounds like the “various things” Chrishell mentioned in her Today interview is code for Nicole.

Farmer Wants a Wife (FWAW) 2023 couple MattYoung and OliviaBenic have opened up about their new son Henry.
Olivia and Matt shocked fans when they announced Henry’s arrival. They never shared the pregnancy news on social media. Instead, they took to the platform to announce Henry’s arrival after Olivia gave birth on August 15.
Speaking of their choice not to publicly announce Olivia’s pregnancy, the couple told Woman’s Daythat they loved keeping the news a secret.
“After being on Farmer, we realised we wanted to keep some things private. We just wanted to keep this pregnancy for us,” Olivia said.
“We told our close circle when we were about 15 weeks, and no one said anything. No one dobbed us in,” she laughed.

Olivia’s pregnancy journey
Olivia told the publication that she fell pregnant shortly after the couple started trying for a baby.
“We didn’t know how quickly we’d fall pregnant,” said Olivia. “But we’re really happy with how it all turned out.”
The FWAW star added that Henry’s birth happened quickly, too.
“We were expecting me to be in labour for ages, because he’s the first child, but it only ended up being about eight hours. I had to have some recovery after, so Matt was able to spend some quality time with Henry.”
Made in Bondi Season 1 has been a whirlwind; there have been breakups, make-ups, cheating scandals, and drinks have been hurled. With so much chaos, one of the show’s stars Lachy McLean has answered whether the drama on Made in Bondi is real or fake.
While there are some long-term relationships on the show — like exes BellaSalerno and LawsonMahoney and besties PippaHanan and MollyParadice — it’s no secret that producers threw together a group of twenty and thirtysomethings and have attempted to pass them off as long-running friendships.
During an exclusive interview with Chattr, Lachy revealed that while some drama is encouraged on the show, there is also real aspects to the chaos.
“Like any TV show, there’s always an element of you creating TV,” Lachy told Chattr.
Lachy. Image: Seven.
“But, we are given the platform to say what we think, who we think it about, our opinions on situations, our opinions on the friendship groups and the people we like.
“We are encouraged to be as ourselves as much as possible,” he explained.
Lachy added that — like many reality TV shows — the Made in Bondi castsometimes have conversations set up by producers to discuss the episode’s storyline.
“There is the occasional situation where you know, you’re guided to speak about a certain topic, but you’re not given the words to say on that topic,” he said.
Molly and Jai. Image: Seven.
Is Made in Bondi scripted?
Made in Bondi is the Australian version of the hit UK reality series Made in Chelsea, which has been around for 26 seasons and has some international spin-offs.
Lachy told Chattr that he believes the happenings on Made in Bondi are more legit than those on its UK counterpart.
“I think with Made in Bondi, more than the other Made In series, they [producers] want people to be themselves, and that’s how they create their characters. It’s not like a movie where you’re told to do things and such,” he said.
Who are Lachy’s friends from the Made In Bondi cast?
Throughout the first season of Made In Bondi, viewers have repeatedly seen Lachy go head to head with the show’s villains, Lawson and Charlie Moore.
Interestingly, when Lachy was asked who he was closest to on the cast, he listed basically everyone except for those two men.
“I have a lot of love for Pippa and Molly. Emma[Pillemer] is obviously often doing big and amazing things. And even Bella [Salerno] and Isabella [Cicero], I see a lot.
The Made in Bondi cast at the 2024 Logies. Image: Instagram.
“Paul and Billy are such incredible businessmen themselves,” he added. “They’re great people, and then there are some people I’m not friends with.”
Lachy added that while he may not see eye to eye with some cast members, they don’t necessarily have drama outside of the show.
“Those relationships that you saw on the screen are very real and very true, and the way we interact now is very similar with everyone,” he said.
“I think when it comes to Lawson and Charlie, I’m not a resentful person. We’re very civil with each other,” he said.

Not us, sitting here wondering if Lawson and Charlie would be so diplomatic with their words…
Chattr reached out to Lawson for comment.
Made In Bondi airs Tuesdays at 10:10pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.

Another investment that saw multiple Sharks get involved was the children’s entertainment group The Beanies.
Robert, Davieand Jane scored 50% of the company in exchange for an investment of $150,000.
Jane made multiple team investments on Shark Tank 2023. Another was a modern cloth nappy called Mimi & Co. She came on board with Davie for 30% equity in exchange for a $100,000 investment.

My Kitchen Rules (MKR) 2024′s Pete has revealed that if he and Mike win, they’ll donate a quarter of the prize money to a hospital that’s helped him on his journey to becoming a father.
Trigger warning: This article discusses miscarriage and stillbirth.
Mike has bravely opened up about his struggle to become a parent and shared that he and his husband, Chris, have suffered three heartbreaking tragedies.
Pete told New Idea that he and Chris’ first attempt at adopting a child was unsuccessful, but they later met a lesbian couple named Katy and Rae, who offered to help them become parents.
“It was nothing short of a miracle. They had been wanting to help someone [have a baby] for several years but had never found someone they gelled with,” Pete explained. “[It] all seemed very serendipitous, like destiny.”

Using Pete’s sperm, the MKR contestant said that Katy fell pregnant quickly and the men named their son-to-be Leo. However, just over three months later, they received tragic news.
“We lost him. I still remember exactly where I was, walking towards the house when I got the phone call. It’s probably the single most traumatic experience that I’ve had,” Pete said.
Katy, Rae, Pete and Chris decided to try again, but it ended with a non-viable birth.
“He was born alive … We got to hold Malachi and say goodbye,” says Pete.
The following year, Katy was pregnant again with Chris and Pete’s daughter, who they named Francesca, but they lost her in a traumatic birth.

Pete wants his possible MKR winnings to the hospital that helped him
Pete told the publication that if he and Mike were to win MKR 2024, he wants to donate 25 percent of the prize money to the King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women, who helped him and Chris through their grief.
“I think it’s super important that people realise how common [losing a child] is. It’s OK to talk about it, to be sad and cry about it,” Pete said.
“Grief changes with time,” he added. “It doesn’t necessarily disappear – it just changes shape, for want of a better word.”
Pete said he and his husband still light a candle for Leo, Malachi and Francesca every night.
“I’ve got an illogical fear of forgetting their names, which I’m sure would never happen. But just having that moment to light the candle reminds you of them, allows you to say hello or goodnight,” he said.
Sending so much love to Chris and Pete!

Australian Survivor contestant Jackie Glazier has filed a lawsuit against the TV show after undergoing an injury during her stint on the 2023 season.
As first reported by the Sunday Herald Sun, Jackie who appeared on the Heroes vs Villains season in 2023 is suing the show’s network Endemol Shine due to a broken collarbone she sustained while filming.
According to Jackie, from her collarbone injury, she developed thoracic outlet syndrome, which has given her pain and restricted movement in her shoulder and arm.
What did Jackie sue for?
Jackie lodged the lawsuit in the Victorian Supreme Court, seeking damages, loss of earnings, both past and future, and medical expenses.
The lawsuit noted that since the injury Jackie has been unable to do her household duties and it has had a “long-term” impact on her health and professional life.
The injury was sustained during one of the Australian Survivor challenges when herself and fellow contestant George Mladenov approached a rolling block and fell face down into a pit of mud.
The lawsuit notes that the pit had only 30 centimetres of water rather than 1.5 metres, which didn’t provide a safe landing for the contestants.
Jackie had to pull out of the competition due to her injured collarbone. She was only paid $25,000 for her appearance and the prize money was $500,000.
At the time of publishing Jackie’s Instagram has no imagery from her time on Australian Survivor, the only mention of the show in her bio.

After spending years as a cooking show judge, Darren Purchese is transitioning to a contestant on Dessert Masters 2024.
Darren joined The Great Australian Bake Off as a judge in 2024 and has been a regular guest chef and judge on MasterChef Australia for over a decade.
However, on Dessert Masters 2024, Darren will join the contestants on the other side of the bench, something he told us was an “eye-opener.”

“I believe I’ve set more pressure tests than any other chef on MasterChef Australia. So, being on the other side was a bit of an eye-opener,” he said in an exclusive interview with Chattr.
“I think next time I make it back in the MasterChef kitchen setting a pressure test, I might be a little bit more gentle because I now know what it feels like when you’re standing on the other side of the bench,” he laughed.
The acclaimed pastry chef added that it was “daunting” being judged on his dessert creations.
“You put your heart and soul into a dish, and you want to make sure that everyone loves it, and in that moment before they say whether they like it or not, you’ve got all of these feelings. So, it certainly was an eye-opener for me,” he said.
Darren Purchese on how stressful the Dessert Masters kitchen is
With impressive gigs under his belt, like being the pastry chef at Bennelong Restaurant and presenting Masterclasses at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, one might think a stint as a contestant on Dessert Masters would be a breeze for Darren.
“I was stressed,” Darren said, adding that “You’re going to see worry and stress [on my face].”
He added that he was blown away by the creations produced in the Dessert Masters 2024 kitchen.
“You’re going to see happiness. You’re going to see me thinking on my feet —as well as the other chefs—and you’re going to see absolutely amazing desserts. You’re going to see things that you’ve never seen before.
“I’ve been around pastry kitchen for 30 years, and I was seeing things that I haven’t seen before. So I’m pretty sure the audience is going to be inspired to see 10 of the best pastry chefs in Australia create absolutely magic.”
The excitement is real!
Dessert Masters 2024 airs on October 14 at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
