Survivor 2025 Tribe Swap: Did Rich’s advantage give away when the switch up will happen?

The gripping Tribal Council that took place in Episode 5 of Australian Survivor 2025 saw Rich sent to the Brawn tribe armed with an advantage that allowed him to remove two players from voting at the next Tribal Council.

The advantage can be played by Rich or be given to another player, but stipulated that it can only be used during the elimination that takes place during Episode 6.

Generally, Survivor players are given a few Tribals to use their advantages before they’re deemed invalid, and fans believe that the strict expiry date means there will be an imminent Tribe Swap.

When will the Australian Tribe Swap happen?

Fans are convinced that the fact that the advantage will only be active for one elimination means that the Tribe Swap will take place the following night, which will be episode 7.

“Rich specifically told he won’t be returning to Brains after a tribal or something but that he also must use the advantage next tribal… because the following tribal will be the swapped one,” one person wrote on Reddit, adding: “The fact he has to use advantage next round really pushes the idea of episode 7 swap for me.”

Another user pointed out that if Rich takes note of the strict expiry date, it could significantly help his game.

“Knowing exactly when a tribe swap is happening is potentially almost more powerful than the advantage. But do we really think Rich is going to figure that out?” they questioned.

When have Australian Survivor Tribe Swaps happened in past seasons?

Recent seasons of Australian Survivor have all seen the Tribe Swaps take place in the first few weeks.

Survivor Titans v Rebels, Blood v Water, All Stars and Champions v Contenders all had a Tribe Swap that took place in Episode 7, while the switch-a-roo occurred in Episode 8 on Heroes v Villians and Brains v Brawn I.

So, between Rich’s telling advantage and Australian Survivor history, it looks as though we’ll have a mix-up on our hands, sooner rather than later.

Australian Survivor airs at 7pm on Sundays and 7:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays on Channel 10 and 10Play.

MAFS 2025 Episode 18 Recap: In what world is Awhina the problem?

It’s family and friends week for this Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 recap, which means these relationships are getting serious. I guess?

Lauren is starting to get icked out by pro golfer Clint who would like to do his own washing.

Ryan and Jacqui are meeting each other’s inner circles. Ryan tells the table his comments about Jacqui having crazy eyes but giving good head.

Rhi and Carina have arrived at Beth‘s to talk about her relationship (which is much better than theirs). Annnnd to deliver on the KFC sponsorship that they’re contractually obliged to partake in.

Veronica is my kind of funny and has rocked up at Lauren’s with margaritas – the very drink their mutual husband shamed Lauren for.

Lauren basically says Eliot‘s a narcissist and Veronica should run.

Soz! Image: Nine.

Clint got Lauren flowers, and wow, he really is made for… Jacqui. Speaking of! Did he rank Jacqui like… seventh in the photo ranking challenge? Lauren thinks she looks a “bit rough”, which will be uncomfortable viewing if these two are still friends.

Lauren puts Clint as number one because he doesn’t stink, and also, he gives her a good feeling in her nipples. She didn’t like that he wore a g-string for his spray tan, though.

Does she get Clint’s nipples going? Well, her audition tape leaves question marks – especially the part where she said her husband should earn a million a year.

Eliot is doing the photo ranking challenge, putting Lauren right up the front, saying she’s “beautiful.” This is a more mature stance than Lauren’s positioning of Eliot (dead last).

Veronica puts Adrian last based on what she knows of the people so far, so I know she is smart. She puts Eliot third based on the openness and vulnerability she hasn’t seen from him, and I love to see him knocked down a peg.

Awhina and Cleo wearing the same thing in different colours is such twin energy.

Speaking of twin energy, seeing Cleo arc up at Adrian’s redhead friend for making a snarky little comment about Awhina’s mothering.

MAFS’ Awhina reveals exactly when Adrian’s former BFF Jasmin apologised to her

Awhina Rutene and Adrian Araouzou’s family visit on Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 wasn’t exactly easy viewing after Adrian’s two sisters and (former) best friend Jasmin Weston ganged up on Awhina in an explosive lunch that left MAFS fans outraged.

Awhina was left in tears after Adrian, his sisters, and Jasmin walked out of the lunch after clashing with Awhina and her twin sister Cleo, who came in to defend her. “Revolting family,” Abbie Chatfield commented on MAFS’ official Instagram page, with someone else commenting, “Not a single brain cell in the whole family. So embarrassing.”

Before the episode aired, Jasmin took to Instagram to preemptively apologise for her actions, saying she had contacted Awhina and Cleo after falling out with Adrian.

In an interview with Chattr, Awhina has revealed when Jasmin apologised to her, whether she’s heard from Adrian’s sisters, and where she and Adrian now stand.

MAFS’ Awhina reveals exactly when Jasmin apologised to her: “It’s still so raw”

With Jasmin (a social media influencer and cookbook author) losing Instagram and TikTok followers faster than you can say ‘Easy Eats’, Awhina revealed she only heard from Jasmin a couple of days before the controversial episode aired.

“It was a message through Instagram, she reached out to my twin sister and extended an apology to me and her because Cleo has social media,” Awhina told Chattr, referencing the fact MAFS stars aren’t allowed to monitor their social media accounts as the show airs.

Awhina found a way to get into contact with Jasmin to accept the apology.

“My twin sister passed that onto me, and then that’s when I messaged her, and I said, ‘I appreciate you reaching out to my twin and I and apologising’. I really want to accept people’s apologies,” Awhina said. “When people reach out to me, I want to believe it’s genuine. [But] my experience through MAFS is I do feel like a lot of apologies were insincere from multiple different people, and so it makes it difficult for me to want to accept apologies.

“I do appreciate that she did reach out. With everything that I’ve seen circulate last night, my feelings are still really raw in that matter. So I want to believe it’s with genuine sincerity, and I like that she’s putting her hand up and showing some accountability, but yeah, it’s still so raw to me right now.”

Influencer Jasmin loses thousands of followers after MAFS episode

Since the episode aired, Jasmin has turned off her comments on both TikTok and Instagram, with the latest date from Social Blade showing she’s lost nearly 2,000 TikTok followers and that her Instagram following has dropped from 411,000 to 410,000.

She has yet to release any more statements about her MAFS behaviour, but angry fans have taken to social media to depict their feelings on the matter, including one TikTok user making a video throwing away Jasmin’s cookbooks.

Awhina on the dramatic lunch: “It was very loaded”

On the tumultuous lunch, Awhina said it never should’ve gone the way it did. She also said Adrian’s sisters didn’t apologise, but alluded to having hung out with his family since that dramatic lunch.

“I haven’t had an apology from Adrian’s sisters. I have spent time with Adrian’s family, I’ve been around them. I was in Melbourne recently, but no, I haven’t received any form of an apology,” Awhina said.

MAFS' awhina and adrian's sisters
Awhina faced a firing squad with Adrian’s family, before her sister Cleo came in to bat for her. Image: Nine

“It was just difficult, because I felt like off camera and on camera, he was still trying to push his perspective onto me, I kept feeling like his poor behaviour would get pushed onto me. The family and friends lunch shouldn’t have gone down like that. We should have had a really beautiful lunch,” she continued.

“And even though we were in quite a bad situation at this point, he made some really strong promises where he’s like, ‘I’m going to step up’. So stepping up to me is going, ‘OK let’s go into friends and family, and my family and friends are going to tell you all of the reasons why you should give me another chance’. But it went completely different. It was very loaded.”

MAFS’ Awhina on her future with Adrian

With Awhina opting to leave at the last commitment ceremony while Adrian wrote stay, then the tumultuous family lunch, things look pretty done and dusted with the MAFS couple. But is that the case?

On Valentine’s Day this year, Adrian was spotted picking Awhina up from the girls’ lunch she shared with the other MAFS brides, and he later uploaded a TikTok giving Awhina a rose. So are the two back on?

@___jamesyy6 Cupid (experts) did well 💘#marriedatfirstsight #mafsaustralia #mafs #fyp #valentinesday @Adrian ♬ original sound – fantasyfilm

While Awhina didn’t want to give any spoilers, she did say this.

“Adrian, Adrian, Adrian, where do I begin? Look, I don’t want to give away too much to the viewers. Adrian obviously has made some promises to step up and I’m hoping you guys will get to see a side of him that he doesn’t normally show,” she said. “I think since everything started airing, it would be quite difficult for Adrian right now. You know, no one likes to be held accountable and on such a national or international or international scale too.”

MAFS’ Morena and Tony set to face bombshell revelation during family week

Another Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 couple is set to be rocked by a bombshell this week, with Morena Farina set to learn something shocking about her husband Tony Mojanovski.

According to The Daily Mail, Tony makes a shocking revelation to Morena after the two meet each other’s friends, with the 53-year-old MAFS groom announcing to his 57-year-old wife that he wants kids.

An inside source told the publication that Morena was left stunned. “She was in shock. She knows Tony is infertile, so hearing him say that in front of everyone was mind-blowing,” the insider said to The Daily Mail.

MAFS’ Morena reveals real reason why she was so upset at commitment ceremony

Tony’s baby bombshell comes not long after Morena took to her DJ Instagram account to spill more tea about her time on the show and scenes that weren’t aired.

Morena has accused the show of editing out why she was upset during Sunday night’s commitment ceremony after it appeared she got emotional over Tony fist-bumping her and putting her in headlocks.

On her Instagram story and in an interview with The Daily Mail, Morena accused Tony of slut-shaming.

“They wanted to break me. And they didn’t. I only cried once,” Morena said. “And that episode was because he called me a slut. How dare you.”

Morena said she opted to stay for another week to turn her “pain into wisdom”. Image: Instagram

Morena said her daughter’s name was also mentioned, which she declared was intentional in making her react. “What they [producers] do, these mean puppeteers, is mention your loved one so you crack,” she alleged. “I only cried once on the couch, but just so you know, they’re not going to show what he called me.”

Morena’s daughter took to Instagram to also call out Tony, in a story Morena reshared.

“So they didn’t show the disgusting S word that he called her and you can see her crying but she was actually crying uncontrollably because she was called a s*** and my name was mentioned,” her daughter wrote.

“So you see Tony on the couch apologise to her as he hugged her and rubs her shoulder… they make it seem like it’s about the headlock, not it’s because of the disgusting comment he made.”

Does Australian Survivor 2025 have a secret sibling twist?

Host Jonathan LaPaglia has teased some new twists on Australian Survivor 2025 this year, but could one of them be a secret sibling reveal?

The official Australian Survivor Facebook account shared a clip of Laura and Jesse revealing that they have the same last names.

During a producer-led interview, Laura, who goes by her last name Noonan, spoke about her family being well known in Mornington Penisula because her dad’s a horse trainer and her brother is an actor. The camera then cuts to Jesse introducing himself to the Brawn tribe.

“My name is Jesse Noonan, I’m a professional skateboarder,” he tells the group.

Laura’s shock is written all over her face as she tells the camera, “What an absolute stitch up, learning that Jesse’s last name is also Noonan. I instantly was so angry.”

“I was excited to be the only Noonan here,” she continued.

When Jesse joked to Laura about sharing the same surname, she said that she didn’t want to talk about it and added that it was a “sensitive subject.”

Jesse then declared that Laura could be his “long lost sister”, to which she cryptically replied that she “wouldn’t be surprised.”

So, is it just a coincidence that Jesse and Laura have the same last name? Or is the scene foreshadowing a sibling twist we’ll find out later in the game?

Nash reveals whether Australian Survivor’s Jesse and Laura Noonan are siblings

While a sibling twist — ala Big Brother Australia 2024 — would be a spicy addition to the Brain v Brawn II season, Nash Gendo has squashed that theory to Chattr.

“They’re not related, no. They’re definitely not related,” Nash laughed.

While the sibling twist may be out the window, Jonathan has teased that viewers can expect some game-changing bombshells this season.

“The challenge department do an incredible job of invention and keeping it fresh. There are a couple old favourites, but most are new or variations of classics,” Jonathan told Chattr.

Producers, if you’re reading this, there’s always next year to introduce a sibling twist.

Australian Survivor airs at 7pm on Sundays and 7:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays on Channel 10 and 10Play.

MAFS’ Clint and Lauren to become ‘most-hated’ participants after clash with Jamie

Just when you thought the drama on Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 may be peaking, strap on in because it appears the drama may have barely even started.

Yahoo Lifestyle has reported that Clint Rice and Lauren Hall are set to become the most ‘hated’ participants from this season, with insiders claiming they are set to clash with co-star Jamie Marinos.

You may remember Lauren called Jamie ‘Boganic’ after meeting her at the hens’ party, so perhaps that was all a little foreshadowing of the drama to come?

Let’s dive into what’s supposedly is set to play out between the two MAFS brides.

MAFS’ Clint Rice and Lauren Hall set to clash with fan-favourite Jamie Marinos

The inside source told Yahoo Lifestyle that Clint and Lauren would be branded as “one of the most hated couples in the history of the show” after tension arises with Jamie.

Things apparently get worse from there, with Lauren allegedly referring to Jamie and other female MAFS participants as “c*nts”.

Although the initial fallout between Lauren, Clint and Jamie hasn’t been revealed, a second source told Yahoo Lifestyle that viewers would begin to understand why Eliot Donovan clashed with Lauren too, as her “true colours start to show”.

MAFS’ Jacqui Burfoot on where she stands with Lauren Hall

Amid all this new drama is, of course, all of the now OLD drama that most MAFS fans are well-versed in: the fact Clint and Lauren definitely don’t work out and that Clint is dating Jacqui Burfoot.

While we’re yet to see what leads to Clint and Lauren’s relationship breakdown on MAFS, Jacqui has been continuously going rogue on her business Instagram page, answering fan questions about the show and spilling all sorts of the tea.

In one Instagram AMA, Jacqui confirmed there’s no bad blood between her and Lauren, but didn’t mention her relationship with Clint. She said she still speaks to Lauren, saying the two have “lots in common” and that she had just gotten off the phone with her.

Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Nash thinks the Australian Survivor cast need to shake things up: ‘Scared to play the game’

Nash Gendo entered Australian Survivor 2025 with guns blazing, setting the tone by strutting into the very first Tribal Council with an Immunity Idol draped around his neck.

However, his no-holds-barred strategy failed to pay off, and Nash was eliminated in an almost unanimous vote during the Tribal, which aired on February 23.

Despite his bold gameplay and confident attitude being his downfall, Nash told Chattr that he doesn’t regret his approach and believes his fellow castaways need to spice things up.

“I think kicking back and seeing how far you can get, then to start playing the game, is a boring move,” he said.

“Obviously, you want to get the furthest and win the show, but sometimes blindsides exist, and if you haven’t made an impact and you make the final, then what makes you think people are going to vote for you?”

Nash explained that he entered Survivor with a “go hard or go home” mindset, which did ultimately see him get his torch snuffed. However, he thinks some other players are scared to make big moves.

“I decided to be myself and be confident on the Brawn tribe. I’m playing with heavy-duty athletic players, so I thought, ‘You know what? I can play this game’. Bring it on. Let’s do this. Let’s see who’s willing to take risks, make moves, and play a fun, exciting, and dangerous game.”

“But I think most of my team were pretty scared to play the game from early on because they weren’t expecting to play it right from the start.”

Nash knew that being on the Brawn team meant he had to play hard from the start

Australian Survivor 2025 has two tribes; Brains, which has an intellectual player cast, and Brawn, which comprises of physically fit players.

Prior to the Merge, which happens mid-way through the season, the Tribes compete together to secure either a reward or immunity for their team. Once the two teams come together, contestants compete individually for the same advantages.

Among the 2025 Brawn team is an Olympic athlete, a firefighter, a paramedic, and a powerlifter. Nash said that knowing the calibre of strength that was in his Tribe, he needed to adopt a daring strategy to help him make it to Merge.

“The fitter you are, the stronger you are, and the longer you last in challenges. The athletic people are going to win a lot of them.

“Obviously, being the biggest bloke in Australian Survivor history, weighing in at 125 kilos, I knew I would struggle with a lot of challenges. But I wasn’t scared. I was happy to take them on, give them a go, and do my best.

“But some challenges are endurance-based, like last night’s challenge where we had to stand on the sticks. That was not a challenge made for me, but I still went up there, gave it my all, and showed that I wasn’t afraid to try. I was ready to fight this battle.”

Does Nash regret playing his Immunity Idol the way he did?

Episode 1 of Australian Survivor 2025 was a doozy, largely due to Nash finding an Idol in the first five minutes and then proudly wearing it around his neck.

In past seasons, Survivor players have generally tended to keep their Idols secret and use them to blindside other players at Tribal. However, Nash did the exact opposite and ended up using his Idol at the first elimination ceremony. Looking back at the bold move, Nash said he still doesn’t regret saving it for later in the game.

“The Idol move was a spur-of-the-moment decision. I thought, ‘Let’s do something different. Let’s see who’s going to want to play with me. Let’s see who’s not scared. Let’s see who’s ready to make bold moves.’

“And it sent shockwaves throughout the tribe, scaring a lot of people, but I told them, ‘I’m going to play my Idol. I’m going to show you that I have an Idol and that I’m not here to make small moves on anyone.'”

Nash said his decision to play a confident game made his competitors nervous about his unorthodox approach, which led to his decision to vote him out.

“People were like, ‘What do we do? Should we just get rid of him? Because we don’t know what he’s capable of.’

“I think people were very scared, intimidated, and worried about what I had coming up. No one could really predict what my next move would be.”

Australian Survivor airs at 7pm on Sundays and 7:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays on Channel 10 and 10Play.

MAFS villain Adrian’s former BFF apologises ahead of controversial family episode

We’re set for another explosive week of Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025, as our couples meet each other’s families and friends in what could make-or-break their relationship.

Awhina Rutene and Adrian Araouzou’s relationship is currently in a fragile place after Awhina opted to leave at the latest commitment ceremony while Adrian opted to stay. The two are set for an explosive family reunion as Awhina comes face-to-face with Adrian’s twin sisters and his (former) best friend Jasmin Weston.

In a preview for the episode, Jasmin is shown lecturing Awhina on focusing too much on the “negatives” of her relationship with Adrian, before Awhina’s twin sister Cleo interrupts saying “He [Adrian] hasn’t even shown up!”, resulting in Adrian’s sisters and Jasmin walking out of the heated lunch.

Adrian’s former best friend Jasmin Weston (aka Jasmin’s Eats) apologises ahead of controversial MAFS episode

Taking to Instagram straight after the episode promo was shown, Jasmin warned her 400,000 followers that her MAFS episode won’t depict the “best” version of herself.

“Over the next couple of nights you are going to watch me (regretfully) defend Adrian in MAFS. I take full responsibility for my actions and the things I say during that interaction. It is not the best version of myself and I have since reached out to Awhina and Cleo to apologise,” Jasmin wrote.

“As you all know, Adrian and I are no longer friends. But during the time this as filmed (six months ago) I was still very much Adrian’s best friend. I only knew his (warped) version of reality. Not Awhina’s. I can be a reactive person and will always come to my friend’s defence in any situation which is what you will see unfold.”

Jasmin then went on to say that she wasn’t trying to make up excuses, and that she ended her friendship with Adrian at the end of 2024.

Jasmin Weston's Instagram apology ahead of her MAFS episode
Adrian’s former BFF Jasmin Weston has pre-emptively apologised ahead of her MAFS cameo. Image: Instagram

“Now being on the outside looking in, I can understand exactly how and why Awhina had those feelings towards Adrian, because it was no different to our friendship. The manipulation tactics are copy and paste.

“This is not at all an excuse. I would like to speak my truth before the episode goes live. I wish I sympathised with Awhina more.”

Jasmin went on to apologise to Awhina and her sister Cleo saying Awhina has her “support” in all of this.

Who is Jasmin Weston, Adrian Araouzou‘s former best friend?

Jasmin Weston (also known on Instagram and TikTok as @jasminseats) is a social media influencer and cookbook author with 297k TikTok followers and 411k Instagram followers and became popular for her easy-to-make and affordable cooking dishes.

She’s the author of Everyday Eats, a book designed for those out there who are either starting their cooking journey or looking to hone in on their cooking skills. The book is filled with shopping tips, cooking methods and basic techniques and easy-to-follow recipes to cook on a budget.

Jasmin and Adrian previously shared an Instagram page called Sweeetsundayz, an account which has since wiped all of its content.

Fans have already started to hit up Jasmin’s TikTok account to question her friendship with Adrian after seeing her in the MAFS promo.

“GIRL IS THAT YOU ON MAFS THIS WEEK????” one person commented on her latest TikTok, with another saying, “Pretty sure I just watched you in the end of MAFS episode trying to defend Adrian’s behaviour…”

Jasmin has since replied to some people’s comments, redirecting them to her Instagram story. She also left a comment on TikTok saying, “I totally understand how I come across and the frustration it will cause and I take full accountability. I thoroughly disliked the person I was in Adrian’s presence hence why we are no longer friends. Frustrated I ever got involved with the show and I apologise for my foul behaviour. Hindsight is a bitch.”

Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Lynne McGranger is leaving Home and Away after three decades at Summer Bay

Summer Bay will bid farewell to Irene Roberts, with the news that Lynne McGranger is leaving Home and Away.

Lynne has been a regular on the soap since 1993, making her the longest-standing female cast member in an Australian soap.

“After almost 33 years in my dream role and working every day with people who I love, respect and whom I now consider family, it’s bittersweet to be closing the chapter on what has been the best and longest gig of my life,” Lynne said in a statement released on February 23.

“I am forever grateful to the best production crew in the world and to our genius writers – whose doors are always open – for everything they have done for Irene over the past 33-odd years, and I am so proud of the storyline which will see Irene out of the Bay. Above all, a massive, heartfelt thank you to the fans for your continued love and support.”

When will Lynne McGranger leave Home and Away?

It’s been confirmed that Lynne will film her last scenes at the end of March, but those won’t air until later this year.

Home and Away generally films about five to six months in advance, which suggests that the storyline of Irene’s departure from the bay will play out in mid-2025.

Lynne will be taking some time off after wrapping up Home and Away, before touring Australia again for the comedy musical Grandparents Club.

Home and Away airs Mondays – Thursdays at 7pm and Channel 7 and 7Plus.

Meet MAFS 2025’s Paul Antoine who’s a bit of a reality TV veteran

Paul Antoine was the very first Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 groom to be announced, and we’re unsurprised that he’s a recognisable face.

While ex-The Bachelor contestant Sierah Swepstone was one of the MAFS 2025 brides, she isn’t the only one who’s dipped her toes in a dating reality show before.

Yep, Paul — who was on reality TV just two years ago — is one of MAFS 2025 grooms.

Paul Antoine on MAFS 2025 at his wedding.
Paul Antoine on Married At First Sight 2025. Image: Nine.

What reality show has Paul Antoine been on before?

Paul starred on The Real Love Boat Australia in 2022. The short-lived show was basically Love Island on a boat.

Paul was one of 21 singles who tried to find love with the help of host Darren McMullen, cruise director Hannah Ferrier, head of entertainment Daniel Doody and captain Paolo Arrigo.

Unfortunately (or fortunately?), Paul’s quest for love was about as successful as the show itself, which has since been axed.

Paul is a fitness coach living in Perth. However, he is originally from France and moved to Australia 11 years ago.

When he was on The Real Love Boat Australia, he was hoping to find someone down-to-earth and was a fan of long chats — so we can only assume that’s what he’s looking for this time around, too.

Who is MAFS’ Paul Antoine?

According to Paul’s Channel 9 bio, he’s a hopeless romantic, who’s gone through the small dating pool in Perth.

He’s had two long-term relationships in the past and is ready to find his forever love. Paul said that person would ideally be a woman with European flair, with a smile that lights up the room.

Who is Paul Antoine matched with on MAFS 2025?

Paul’s MAFS bride is fashion influencer and aspiring actress Carina Mirabile. She’s also no stranger to the silver screen, with an acting career that includes roles in two short films and appearances in several commercials.

When they first got TV hitched, Carina wasn’t exactly over the moon. As luck would have it, the two had already dated before the show but, after a hiking date, Paul ghosted her. So, not exactly the best start.

Despite that little hiccup, it seems like the couple has managed to move on, and their relationship has only gotten stronger since.

In fact, Carina may have hinted at their current status during a Chattr interview.

When asked about all the MAFS drama unfolding, Carina told us she hasn’t been keeping up because she’s too busy spending time with Paul and the rest of the cast.

“To be fair, my phone is going off, and I’m just enjoying life with Paul and all the rest of the cast that are my friends,” she said.

Life with Paul, you say? Could this be third time lucky for the TV vet? Guess we’ll have to wait and see!

MAFS 2025: Are Sierah Swepstone and Billy Belcher still together?

Sierah Swepstone and Billy Belcher were matched by the Married at First Sight (MAFS) 2025 experts.

You probably recognised Sierah from the 2021 season of The Bachelor. Sierah was a contestant of Jimmy Nicholson‘s season of The Bachelor in 2021. He wound up choosing Holly Kingston for his final rose. (The pair are now married with a baby).

Billy has no reality background but hails from the UK as a plasterer by trade and according to The Daily Mail he was brought to the reality show to bring a “dash of excitement.”

But are these two still together? Let’s find out!

MAFS’ Sierah and Billy’s pairing

According to her Channel 9 bio, Sierah is outspoken, brazen and resilient. Meanwhile, Billy calls himself Loud, confident and romantic.

Sierah came onto MAFS looking for someone kind, caring, compassionate man and a husband that she can fall in love with for the first time.

Meanwhile Billy was hoping to find a wife who’s positive, confident, and who enjoys Saturday nights at home with a glass of wine and a home-cooked meal.

Are Sierah and Billy dating outside of the experiment?

Sierah and Billy admitted that they did the deed during their MAFS honeymoon, which certainly seemed like a good sign for the couple.

Unfortunately, however, meat plate-gate proved too much for them to handle and on Episode 17 Sierah and Billy both decided to leave the experiment… sort of.

Shit hit the fan when Sierah admitted she found it easier to talk to groom Adrian Araouzou after the two shared a private dinner. The dinner revelation blindsided both Billy and Adrian’s TV wife, Awhina Rutene (even if there weren’t even any veggies).

At the following commitment ceremony, Sierah apologised to Awhina but didn’t do the same for Billy.

A tense moment between Sierah Swepstone and Billy Belcher on MAFS 2025, as they sit on a couch with serious expressions in a dimly lit setting.

Billy was also called out for suggesting a “wife swap” with Adrian. Though he apologised, he made it clear he felt neglected in his relationship with Sierah, saying he got “sweet F-A” from her.

Both decided to leave, but after a heartfelt post-decision chat, Sierah regretted her choice. Tough, I guess.

Billy, however, stood firm, saying “I don’t regret my decision”.

So no, it’s safe to say the two are no longer together.

The MAFS experts offered the two some cold comfort on the night saying they shared a “breakthrough as two humans, not necessarily as a couple”. So… at least there’s that?

MAFS 2025 fans react as Billy and Sierah quit the experiment

What a ride on Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025. Sierah Swepstone and Billy Belcher were giving us some major whiplash during the Episode 17 commitment ceremony.

Basically, everything started with Sierah’s “plate of meat” dinner with Adrian Araouzou, where she says she found it easier to talk to him than Billy. The whole thing left Billy blindsided and wasn’t great for Adrian’s wife, poor Awhina Rutene, either.

At the MAFS commitment ceremony, Sierah apologised to Awhina for not being open about it to her, while Billy sat there dumbfounded that he wasn’t getting even the tiniest of “sorries” for himself.

Sierah still insisted that “nothing happened between Adrian and I,” but when the MAFS 2025 experts asked if she felt a connection with Adrian and found him easy to talk to, she quickly admitted, “For sure.”

Meanwhile, Adrian was just as quick to clarify his connection with Awhina was stronger. Which is nice, I guess?

A split image of Awhina Rutene and Adrian Araouzou on MAFS Australia 2025, showing a tense discussion on the couch and Awhina speaking expressively at a dinner

Then came Billy’s turn.

He got quite the scolding from the experts for his “wife swap” proposal to Adrian. He apologised for it but soon followed up saying he’d gotten “sweet F-A” from Sierah in their relationship, who, despite his best efforts, wouldn’t open up to him. He also admitted he didn’t feel like himself anymore.

With that, both chose to leave.

But wait, there’s more!

After talking things through post-decision, Sierah suddenly regretted writing leave. “Now that we’ve sat here and spoken like this, I wish we could stay,” she said.

Billy, however, stuck to his guns, saying, “I don’t regret my decision”.

The experts summed it up by saying they’d had a “breakthrough as two humans, not necessarily as a couple.” I guess you take what wins you can get?

The whole thing was confusing as hell and fans had plenty to say about their exit.  Here are some of the best reactions to Sierah and Billy calling it quits on MAFS… or whatever that was.

Many backed Billy

Sierah seriously copped it

Literally no one likes Adrian

MAFS 2025 Episode 17 Recap: Morena sends a cease and desist to Tony’s fist bumps

Another Sunday, another Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 commitment ceremony.

Side note: Alessandra needs to drop her outfit deets ASAP.

OK let’s see who we’re stuck with for another week.

Eliot and Veronica: Veronica is not blinded by Eliot’s hotness and tells him exactly how she feels about his margarita-shaming of Lauren. Otherwise, they’re doing okay, and Eliot reckons his checklist has disappeared for good. They both choose to stay.

Eliot and Veronica sit on the couch on MAFS 2025.
It’s the weirdest thing but my checklist doesn’t matter if they’re a supermodel! Image: Nine

Lauren and Clint: Lauren is stoked with the “upgrade” that is pro golfer Clint — and Eliot is not stoked with the comment. Clint says Lauren is the most gorgeous girl in the room, which must’ve sent Jacqui wild in the corner (considering that’s all she wanted from her husband).

Clint Rice and Lauren Hall on MAFS 2025.
Unless I am dating someone else, in which case THEY are the most beautiful in the room. Image: Nine.

Jacqui and Ryan: Speak of the devils, these two actor wannabes are up. Adrian and Dave give each other cutesy eyes across the room in preparation for the mental rollercoaster they’re about to get on. Anyway, they both stay after ending on a high note after 25 horrible ones before it.

Ryan and Jacqui on the MAFS couch.
I give up. Image: Nine.

Rhi and Jeff: They’ve bumped uglies! They talk about Jacqui’s message to Jeff. This prompts another weird apology from Jacqui to Rhi, who says she did it to have backup and help to “handle” Ryan.

Rhi and Jeff look shocked by Jacqui's comments on the MAFS couch.
Didn’t you just say you guys were good? Image: Nine.

Sierah and Billy: Sierah looks even more vacant than usual and could cry at any given moment. She tells the MAFS 2025 experts about her plate of meat with Adrian and how she feels bad for deceiving Awhina. Poor Billy’s just sitting there like Shannon Noll and wondering, ‘What About Me?’

Sierah says she finds Adrian easy to talk to and Adrian says he has a better connection with Awhina. It’s obvious the wife swap comment rattled Sierah and Billy apologises. He then tells her he’s gotten “sweet F-A” from her. They both choose to leave!

Wait. Now Sierah regrets writing leave because she and Billy had a good post-leave chat on the couch. Billy has no regrets, and it is very unclear if they are leaving or staying, to be honest. I think this means they’re leaving?

Sierah and Billy choose to leave the experiment and MAFS.
Is this… goodbye? Image: Nine.

Beth and Teejay: They’re still in the honeymoon period. All is well. All is fine. Both stay.

Jamie and Dave: Jamie has “love” for Dave. Why is expert Mel like that overenthusiastic aunty at Christmas lunch who’s wanted you to settle down for the last five holidays? Both stay.

Carina and Paul: I don’t care because I don’t buy this PR game they’re playing. Obviously they stay.

Carina and Paul discuss their relationship at the Commitment Ceremony.
PASS. Image: Nine.

Morena and Tony: Why does Morena look like the life has been sucked out of her? She’s just sitting there and nodding, which is so different to what we’ve seen until now, including on the media run (and on Abbie Chatfield‘s podcast).

Tony talks to Morena at the MAFS 2025 Commitment Ceremony.
Just letting him have his Tony Time. Image: Nine.

OK there it is. She’s off it because Tony fist pumps and headlocks, and she does not see that as affection. She demands that he stops. He agrees. So do I.

Morena reacts at the Commitment Ceremony during MAFS 2025.
Fist bumps are for children! Image: Nine.

Adrian and Awhina: Adrian blames being a man for his actions and for his struggle with emotions. Alessandra reminds him that he’s a human being and, therefore, he has emotions, regardless of gender. Then Dave jumps in and tells Adrian he is so lucky to be with someone like Awhina, causing her to break down into tears.

Awhina explaining her relationship with Adrian to the MAFS experts.
Leave him!!! Image: Nine.

Adrian thinks writing stay fixes that, and assumes she’ll write that too. Awhina says it doesn’t feel worth her being away from her mother milestones, so she wrote leave. We love a woman who sees the light, even if the MAFS rules encourage her to stay another week.

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Jonathan LaPaglia teases new non-elimination twists on Australian Survivor 2025

Australian Survivor 2025: Brain v Brawn II has seen a handful of castaways have their dreams slashed after being eliminated at Tribal Council. But, the future might not be so bleak for the remaining contestants, with Australian Survivor host Jonathan LaPaglia telling Chattr that there will be some non-elimination twists this season.

“The challenge department do an incredible job of invention and keeping it fresh. There are a couple old favourites, but most are new or variations of classics,” Jonathan teased of the Brains v Brawn II season.

He hinted that the non-elimination twist would be reimagined for the 2025 season.

“Most of the twists are to facilitate the non-elims that are part of our format and end up being fun but we have a couple of new advantages that are used in creative and unexpected ways this season,” he continued.

Most seasons see a non-elimination round happen before the merge, and in most cases, one of the tribe members is sent to live with their opponents. This exact scenario happened in Australia Survivor 2024, when Kelli was swapped to the Titans.

Kelli was the castaway who got a Survivor non-elimination round play to her favour.

Jonathan compares Brains v Brawn II to the original season

Australian Survivor 2025 isn’t the first time that they’ve had the Brains v Brawn theme, it was initially used in the 2021 season.

Ever the diplomatic host, Jonathan said that both seasons are great in their own way.

“Even though the end goal is always the same, to win the crown of Sole Survivor, there are infinite pathways to get there and combined with a new cast and the fact it’s a player driven game, every season becomes unique in it’s own right.”

The long-time host said that viewers can expect fireworks through the entirety of the 2025 season of Australian Survivor.

“I think every season is explosive. It’s the nature of the game. A bunch of strangers must work together to survive the elements and the challenges while at the same time voting each other out every second day. Eventually, those you vote out will decide if you deserve to win. By design, it’s a pressure cooker.”

Australian Survivor 2025 airs Sundays – Tuesdays on Channel 10 and 10Play.

Fans react to Neighbours being cancelled… again: ‘Ran it’s course’

Neighbours has officially been cancelled for the second time, and fans are questioning why it was ever reinstated in the first place.

ICYMI, Neighbours was axed from Channel 10 back in March 2022, after Britain’s Channel 5 pulled funding. However, Amazon stepped in and revived the show via its now-defunct Freevee streaming service.

But, the axe has been dropped on Neighbours once again, with the show officially confirming that it will cease production in the summer of 2025, with the final episodes airing in late 2025.

“We are sad to announce that Neighbours will be resting from December 2025. New episodes from the 40th anniversary season will continue to air on Prime Video and Ten four times a week until the end of the year, with all the big soapie twists and turns that our viewers love,” the statement posted to Neighbours official Facebook page read.

However, Neighbours Executive Producer Jason Herbison hinted that the show could eventually return… again.

“As this chapter closes, we appreciate and thank Amazon MGM Studios for all that they have done for Neighbours – bringing this iconic and much-loved series to new audiences globally,” he began.

“We value how much the fans love Neighbours and we believe there are more stories of the residents of Ramsay Street to tell in the future.”

Fans question why Neighbours was revived in 2022

Fans have taken to the comments section with mixed reactions; while some have been grieving the end of the iconic soap, others said that the show should have wrapped back in 2022 after Channel 5 pulled its funding.

“Should have left it to finish on the high last time, unfortunately,” one person wrote.

Another commented: “Loved Neighbours but they really should have left it with the perfect original ending instead of trying to bring it back! I’ve watched all the new episodes but it just didn’t have the same feel about it! Good try though, and wish them all the best!”

“Unfortunately, they shouldn’t have bought it back; it has definitely run its course, and I’ve watched it for over 25 years. All good things come to an end, and it’s the right time,” a third wrote.

One user zeroed in on Jason’s aforementioned comment about the Neighbours residents having more stories to tell.

“If the creators think there are more to show in the future, then surely there’s work in the background regarding a future contract to air the show. Never give up,” they wrote.

Fingers crossed… Or not?

Catch Neighbours on Channel 10 (for now) at 6.30pm Monday – Thursday on 10 Peach.

MAFS’ Adrian bites back at viewer criticism over his mumbling

Married at First Sight (MAFS) 2025, contestant Adrian Araouzou has addressed the viewer commentary surrounding his speech during an episode of the MAFS Funny podcast.

While comments about Adrian’s speech haven’t been made by costars or the experts on actual MAFS episodes, this hasn’t stopped the internet from making their own judgements while watching at home.

Adrian’s speech has been mocked by social media

During the MAFS 2025 season, countless videos were made, and comments were written about the way Adrian talks, and in particular, the way he mumbles.

“Thank god they put the captions on the TV because I have no idea, he mumbles,” TikTok user Chrissy50andcranky said in a video.

Adrian has taken the criticism in his stride and said that he isn’t bothered by people’s opinions about the way he talks.

Scrolling through the TikTok account that Adrian shares with his brother James reveals hundreds of comments mocking his way of speaking.

“Do you mind if we can hear you in English?” one person ridiculed, while another penned, “What is he saying? Someone translate, pls.”

MAFS’ Adrian discussed his ‘accent’ and slams the haters

During an appearance on the MAFS Funny podcast, Adrian made a joke that the host wasn’t that funny considering his podcast name. The host then joked that he should call it ‘MAFS Subtitles’ with Adrian on the episode, prompting Adrian to discuss the viewer comments.

“I’m from Sydney, and where I grew up is a multicultured community. I grew up around a lot of islanders, Aboriginals, Europeans and Australians, a bit of everything, and it’s just my accent, bro,” Adrian said.

Adrian admitted that he’s aware he mumbles sometimes but that the criticism from MAFS viewers about his speech doesn’t affect him.

“I do mumble, 100%,” Adrian admitted on the MAFS podcast.

“Sometimes I mumble, that’s just me, bro. At the end of the day, when anyone says, ‘You’ve got subtitles, bro,’ I’m still on the biggest show in Australia. What are you doing? You’re watching me and reading those subtitles.”

Adrian teased an upcoming podcast with his brother

A post that Adrian shared teasing a potential podcast with James raked in plenty of jibes about his speech.

“Can you just release a blog so we can read it instead? That way, we will be able to easily understand what you want to say.”

However, Adrian has some supporters in the mix as well.

“I don’t know why people ask for subtitles? It’s getting old. He is very easy to understand!” One person wrote.

“People need to stop bullying this dude regarding his speech. Seriously would you be ok with it happening to your kids etc. No one deserves that. The speech comments need to stop,” a second commented.

Australian Idol 2025’s Marshall Hamburger: Meet the contestant Ricki-Lee has singled out

Marshall Hamburger hasn’t just captured the nation’s attention; he’s also on the radar of Australian Idol 2025 host and temporary judge Ricki-Lee Coulter.

Marshall initially blew away Australian Idol judges Kyle Sandilands, Marcia Hines and Amy Shark in the auditions with his performance of Every Little Thing She Does by The Police.

“I have goosebumps, just all over my arms, right now. That was so incredible,” Amy told Marshall of his audition.

And, Marshall’s gone from strength to strength since his first performance on Australian Idol 2025. Here’s everything you need to know about the seriously impressive 19-year-old.

Ricki-Lee Coulter said Marshall Hamburger was one to watch

If Marshall’s haunting vocals alone aren’t enough to prove he’ll go far this season, Ricki-Lee singling him out as one to watch almost certainly does.

During an interview with Chattr, Australian Idol host Ricki Lee, who filled in as a judge for Kyle in a recent episode, listed two contestants that she thinks will make it far in the competition. The first was Iilysh Retallick.

“There’s also a guy named Marshall Hamburger, who’s just incredible. I think he’s definitely one to watch,” she revealed.

Marshall has been musical since he was a baby

Marshall has been passionate about music all his life, even when he was a little tot. The Australian Idol hopeful shared an adorable video on Instagram shortly after he made it through to the Top 30.

The clip shows him playing a piano with his dad as a baby and then again as (the cutest ever!) toddler. The stroll down memory lane features multiple pictures of Marshall with musical instruments, and in is his very first band.

Fans are convinced that Marshall will win Australian Idol 2025

Marshall has started racking up a bit of an Australian Idol fan club, with viewers flooding the show’s official Instagram page with praise for him.

“This team NAILED IT. [Marshall] is the absolute standout every time,” one person wrote on a clip of his Group performance with Izellah and Iiysh.

Meanwhile, his single performance videos were littered with comments about him taking out the Australian Idol 2025 crown.

“Wowowowo Marshall Hamburger. Top 3, calling it now,” one person wrote. Another commented: “Here is our winner!”

A third penned their appreciation for the 19-year-old’s talent. “Absolutely stunning Marshall! Gosh it’s SO the time for a wonderful male voice like yours to come along. Sung & played with such believe-ability & authenticity. Thank you! “

Good luck, Marshall, although it doesn’t sound like you need it!

Australian Idol 2025 airs Sundays at 7:30pm and Mondays and Tuesdays at 7:00pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.

MAFS’ Eliot reveals his feud with Lauren is going to ramp up

It looks like the feud between Eliot Donovan and Lauren Hall on Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 is heating up. In fact, Eliot has described his ex wife as “petty” and teased that there’s some drama heading our way shortly.

ICYMI, these two have been through a lot, in a very short period of time. Eliot ditched Lauren on their honeymoon for a myriad of reasons, including her age and the fact she liked designer handbags.

The pair re-entered the experiment this week with new partners, Eliot tying the knot with Veronica Cloherty and Lauren marrying Clint Rice. Everything exploded at the Dinner Party, with Lauren calling out Eliot’s problematic behaviour.

Fans might remember that Lauren previously claimed Eliot had “really bad body odour”, and she made a snarky comment at the Dinner Party that he “smelled better”.

Eliot warns that we’re going to see a lot more comments like this from Lauren in the future, calling out her “petty” behaviour.

“That becomes a trend with Lauren and pretty much everybody else in the experiment, she actually had a lot more to say than that about me,” he tells Chattr

“She listed out like 200 things that she didn’t like about me, some of which were true and some of which obviously weren’t. Like the BO thing is kind of ridiculous, but I think it kind of said more about her than about me.”

MAFS 2025 Lauren Eliot Clint

Eliot believes he did Lauren a favour by quitting

The groom didn’t give his marriage with Lauren a fair go, but he maintains that it worked out best for both parties in the end.

“I probably could have handled things better in the way that I exited, [but] if you look back, it actually benefited both me and Lauren for me to leave,” he says. “Lauren got someone more suitable and I got someone more suitable.”

He adds that he wasn’t surprised at all to come face-to-face with Lauren, and he wasn’t nervous about their showdown.

“I knew what it was I was walking into. However, I didn’t know it was going to be as intense as it was… [though] I knew [my actions were] going to be [seen as] controversial.”

MAFS’ Eliot breaks silence on *that* margaritas comment

During the dinner party, Eliot and Lauren’s relationship went from bad to worse when he appeared to shame her for drinking too many margaritas on their honeymoon. Eliot, there’s no such thing!

His wife Veronica reamed him out for it, saying that it was a “disgusting” comment to make. However, Eliot says the couple patched things up afterwards and he didn’t mean it to come out in the way it did.

“I wasn’t expecting such a visceral reaction to that comment,” he tells us. “I definitely could have phrased that better. It wasn’t the intent to shame anyone about that… it was more like I was trying to understand why she didn’t want to acknowledge the conversation we’d had.”

While Veronica was “upset” by his comment, the pair seem to be in a good place now.

“She was quite understanding of the fact that I had 20 people coming at me, and so she kind of saw, based on that situation, why I would react like that, even though she was disappointed in that particular comment,” Eliot claims.

MAFS 2025 Eliot and Veronica dinner party
Eliot seems smitten with his new wife Veronica. Image: Nine

Will Veronica and Eliot make it out of the experiment unscathed? Well, according to the groom, there’s only two people he no longer talks to.

“I’m friends with pretty much everyone from the cast except two people,” he teases. “You can probably guess who one of them is, and by the end of it, you’ll see who the second one is.”

It seems pretty obvious that Lauren is one, but the second? It could be Veronica, after all the couple swap drama that’s come out. God, this is gonna be a good season of MAFS!

MAFS 2025’s Adrian hits back at the ‘fake’ reason he left the show

Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025’s Adrian Araouzou shocked us all when he exited the show this week over a *checks notes*… promo shoot??? Yep, the groom apparently threw a tantrum when he was excluded from one of Channel Nine’s promo shoots, so he left his wife Awhina Rutene in the lurch.

However, it seems like audiences didn’t get the full story. So many of the MAFS cast have been going rogue this year on secret social media accounts, and Adrian has been busy leaving spicy comments about what really happened on his twin’s TikTok.

According to Adrian, this whole scenario was faked, and he was “told” to leave by production. Spicy!!!

“Never left for promos. Me and Awhina were solid. They have taken things out of context a number of times. But is what it is bro I choose to be there,” Adrian said.

MAFS 2025 Adrian Awhina exit leave the show
Adrian and Awhina’s relationship is definitely on the rocks. Image: Nine

“Production told me to leave because I didn’t agree with them. If I cared about a promo why would I leave, make that make sense?”

It seems like Adrian is claiming that he left the promo shoot and production got mad at him, and they’ve turned it into a big storyline. You have to admit, it has made for great TV!

“It’s a show… it’s all fake,” Adrian added. “Me and Awhina were solid as. Don’t rule us out.”

Is that also a little hint that Adrian and Awhina go the distance? It’s so hard to keep up with all this tea.

Awhina contradicts Adrian’s claims: ‘It was definitely a choice’

However, in an interview with Chattr, Awhina said that Adrian has a “victim mentality”. Ooft.

“Adrian is very reactive to his emotions and in the heat of things, he only sees his own reality, his own victim mentality. And at that time, [leaving] was definitely a choice,” she said. “But the choice stemmed from he was feeling hurt, and instead of leading with, ‘I’m hurt and feeling vulnerable’… it was quite triggering for him.”

MAFS 2025 Adrian Awhina
Adrian quit the show this week in spectacular fashion. Image: Nine

Awhina added she wished that Adrian would have reached out to her instead to get the support that he needed.

“It could have been approached and handled so differently, but I felt like every time he felt hurt, I was always the one that was, you know, suffering for it,” she said.

There’s so many different perspectives floating around, it’s getting hard to keep up! Adrian, if you want to slide into our DM’s, we’d love to hear more tea.

MAFS 2025’s Awhina reveals Sierah’s unseen shady act involving Adrian

Much has been said about Sierah Swepstone and Adrian Araouzou’s ‘cheating scandal’ on Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025, but it turns out there was a pivotal moment audiences didn’t get to see.

Awhina Rutene, who is matched with Adrian on the show, tells Chattr she was actually going to leave MAFS after Confessions Week, but it was Sierah and Ashleigh Ackerman who convinced her to stay. Is it possible Sierah had ulterior motives?!

“I opened up to Ash and Sierah and I said after week one, ‘I feel like leaving, I don’t think Adrian and I are compatible,’” she spills. “Sierah actually chewed me up… she essentially said, ‘This is unfair to Adrian, you’re not giving him a chance’.

“They really made me feel like I was a bad person for having doubts in my relationship… so I tried harder and I showed up more.”

In an interesting twist of events, Ash has since reached out to Awhina to apologise for being part of this whole intervention.

“[Ash] said, ‘I’m sorry’. She said it was actually led by Sierah, and she said when she was in that room with Adrian and Sierah, she could see Sierah very much was interested in Adrian. So that was week one,” Awhina adds.

MAFS 2025 Adrian and Awhina

Awhina declares her friendship with Sierah ‘was a lie’

While most of the cast seem to still be friendly, there are definitely cracks starting to show. Jacqui Burfoot and Rhi Disljenkovic aren’t on good terms at all, and it looks to be the same for Awhina and Sierah.

ICYMI, Adrian and Sierah had a sneaky dinner together and kept it secret from Awhina. The next day, Sierah spent a full day hanging out with Awhina but failed to mention she’d been cosying up to her husband.

“That friendship was a lie… I felt betrayed [and] I was mad,” Awhina tells Chattr. “Sierah and I, unfortunately, we just won’t be friends, the trust is gone. I will just never mesh with her.”

“I was really hurt,” Awhina says. “We’d spent an entire 12 hours together and she’d really opened up to me and I really validated her feelings.

“Every second [she] spent with me and [she] wasn’t forthcoming on [her] whereabouts the night before, knowing how hurt I was, knowing I was crying in my room by myself, [she was] lying to me.”

The bride says she knew Sierah was attracted to Adrian from the beginning, but didn’t think she would act on it because “it wouldn’t look good for her”.

“I wasn’t worried, because I thought, Sierah has been on TV before. This would look really bad. She’s someone who really cared [about her image],” Awhina spills.

So far, Sierah’s image hasn’t exactly survived the chaos! Wonder if she’ll get a redemption arc?
