Is Natalie GruzlewskIsi replacing Samantha Armytage as the host of Farmer Wants A Wife?

Is she back for good?!

Avid fans will remember that Natalie GruzlewskIsi used to host Farmer Wants a Wife Australia until Samantha Armytage replaced her in 2023, and now she’s back!

Natalie hosted FWAW for the first eight seasons from 2007 until 2012 and then returned when the show was rebooted in 2020.

Samantha Armytage first appeared on the Farmer Wants a Wife in 2022 as a guest host, and in 2023 it was confirmed that she would be taking on the main hosting role, while Natalie would be relegated to a co-host.

Fast forward to this year, and Natalie first reappeared on the May 30 episode, leaving fans elated that she’s back.

Will Natalie continue hosting Farmer Wants a Wife?

It sure looks that way! Natalie spoke to TV Week about being back, and it sounds like she may be sticking around.

“The girls didn’t mind roughing it a bit for their farmers, romance under the stars,” she told the publication. “Also, I can’t spill the beans just yet, but I do have a surprise – you’ll just have to watch to find out.”

Natalie shared her excitement about being back but didn’t reveal if she will be replacing Samantha permanently, or how long she’s back for.

“It’s so special to help people find love, especially for the farmers and women who have suffered through heartbreak or found the dating world difficult to navigate.”

What has Natalie been doing since she stopped hosting FWAW?

Since taking on a more relaxed role on Farmer Wants a Wife, Natalie said that she’s been relishing the time with her family.

“I’m a mum and, like most mums, I spend much more of my time – more of my life – driving her around,” she told Courier Mail.

“That’s definitely changed from when I first started on Farmer when I was travelling more for my career.”

Natalie told the publication that when FWAW first started, she had “no idea how successful it would be.”

“But with the beautiful love stories and the connections, it has always struck [a chord] with the viewers … while the authenticity of Farmer hasn’t changed, my life certainly has these days.”
