Following weeks of speculation, contestants Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon from The Bachelor Australia have confirmed that they’re in a relationship.

The rumours circulated after the two met on the reality TV show in which they were competing against each other for the affections of the bachelor, Richie Strahan. Since leaving the show, the pair have appeared inseparable, posting a number of suggestive and racy photos on social media.

The pair were holidaying on the Abrolhos islands in celebration of Tiffany’s 30th birthday, when Megan took to Instagram to declare her love for the woman she describes as her ‘inspiration’.

She wrote:

“I met Tiffany in a very strange situation. Well… we were kind of dating the same guy. And it was filmed and put on TV.”

“From that first cocktail party, it was like this instant calibration between souls, as if we had known each other once before.”

“Friendship ripened into something bolder, trust in a very strange situation was formed, and now every adventure we have rivals the other – and continues to make plans for itself.”

She concluded the post with “Happy Birthday Tiffany. I love you.”

Tiffany posted her own heartfelt message in response, describing Megan as her “favourite person in the world” and that meeting her this year felt like ‘destiny’.

“I know we will have many more adventures for many years to come and when she turns 30 I will have to try to top this! Thankyou my darling,” Tiffany said.

Last month, Megan refused to comment on her romance with Tiffany during an interview with OK! Magazine, simply stating that they didn’t have the ‘most conventional relationship.’

I don’t know about you, but I’m totally shipping these two way more than Richie and Alex!
