Stylish TV presenter and author Tara Moss is hosting the event, as well as judging the Best Dressed competition. Tony Vacher from Sterling will be running a pop-up barbershop offering retro cuts to the gents, with a team of dames ready to create outrageous up-dos for the ladies.
