What a bargain!

It’s episode six of Shark Tank Australia 2023 and during the episode, two Tweens entered the Tank with a swimmingly good investment and history was made as one business secured a million-dollar investment!

Here’s what happened during the episode.

Pitch #1 – Cinnamon Cove

The Product

13-year-olds Myla and Liv stepped into the tank with their brand, Cinnamon Cove — sustainable swimsuits made by Tweens for Tweens. Their first design sold out in 24 hours.

The Investment Wish

$80,000 for 30% equity.

Offer Accepted

Davie Fogarty teamed up with Dr Catriona Wallace to invest $80,000 for a 33% share to give these besties a dream deal!

Pitch #2 – Get Down

The Product

Kat Hanzalek’s mission to remove the taboo around sexual health saw her present, Get Down, a female-friendly condom.

The Investment Wish

$160,000 for 20% equity.

Offer Accepted

Sabri Suby and Jane Lu decided to get down, investing $160,000 for a 40% equity, with royalties on the first 100,000 units.

Pitch #3 – Laundry Lady

The Product

Single mum Susan Toft, dubbed the ‘human fairy godmother of laundry’, pitched her business, Laundry Lady which offers washing, drying and ironing, with the convenience of home pick-up and drop-off. 

The Investment Wish

$750,000 for 10% equity.

Offer Accepted

Making history with the largest sum of money invested in the Tank so far, Robert Herjevic secured 30% of the cleaning business for a whopping one million dollars!

  • Temporary tattoo company Easy Tatt
  •  Chicken ORB, a chicken foraging accessory that gives gardens control over when, where and how the chickens forage.
