On tonight’s episode of The Amazing Race Australia, teams tested their endurance and singing skills, while the two Stowaway teams presented a united front, helping each other in one of the leg’s toughest challenges.

Hitching a ride on The Ghan from Coober Pedy to Adelaide, it was Chris and Aleisha in the lead as the teams raced to the Adelaide Oval. There, they needed to find their team picture on one of the thousands of seats in the stadium.

With the hometown advantage, MJ and Chelsea arrived first but it was Ashleigh and Amanda who found their photo amongst the 53,000 seats pronto, and headed off to the next Detour.

Fellow Stowaway Stan proved ‘latecomers stick together’, letting MJ know where the yellow team’s photo was located, catapulting The Footy Mates into second place. Returning the good karma, MJ told Stan where his photo was, before heading for the Detour.

In the German settlement of Hahndorf, teams chose between devouring a gigantic plate of German sausages or learning a traditional slap dance.

Nailing the German slap dance, Jordan and Violetta pirouetted out of the Detour, with an extremely full MJ and Chelsea hot on their heels.

Faced with a singing challenge, teams led a gospel choir in a Swahili hymn. Proving she can keep the beat and sing at the same time, MJ hit success on her second attempt, heading off to find Beau at the Pit Stop.

Landing on the mat in first place, the yellow team scored themselves a First Class Pass. After a hard day of racing, Chris and Aleisha were devastated to learn they had been given a Sabotage, while The Cowboys were stoked that they had a Salvage in the next leg of the Race.

Tonight, the Race will head to picturesque Port Lincoln, where our teams are in for a Tuna tossin’ good time.

The Amazing Race Australia continues tonight At 7.30pm only on 10 and WIN Network.
