Big Vacation Tour to hit Wollongong this week!

Big Village Records, a Sydney-based iconic hip-hop record label, is pumping its Big Vacation Tour to Wollongong’s Yours & Owls Festival opening night! Showcasing the vivid visions and sonic sounds of Sydney, the tour will perform at Rad Bar this Thursday!

Rapaport and P Smurf, co-founders of the energetic label, will be joined by two major signees of the label, Mathas and Omar Musa. Unconfirmed special guests will also feature. Each artist is nearing the end of a spectacular year packed with new music, and several tours already under their belt.

The momentous ten-show tour is commencing with an appearance at Wollongong’s Rad Bar on Thursday 21 September. You can jam out to samples of music available on their website if you’d like to get a feel for their vibe beforehand!

The tour will also feature youth hip-hop workshops. These will be in partnership with School of Rap, Rapaport’s hip-hop education organisation. These workshops are being designed to engage young people from a variety of backgrounds using fun, fresh hip-hop song-writing. After its performance in Wollongong, Big Village will adventure around the country until December.
