Peppa Pig is a show much loved by younger Australians and pre-school aged children around the world.  Now after 12 years on TV, fans will be thrilled with the news that Peppa Pig is coming to Australia on her first ever holiday!

Peppa Pig My First Cinema Experience: Peppa’s Australian Holiday will be reaching cinemas on March 16, 2017. There are nine never-before-seen episodes with four episodes featuring her adventures in Australia. These episodes include a trip to the Great Barrier Reef in a submarine, where Peppa and her family will see the beautiful marine wildlife that the reef has to offer. There’s definitely a lot to be excited about.

The hour long film will feature interactive sing-a-long content so little ones can sing and dance with Peppa and her family. It will also feature new characters, such as Policeman Panda, Kylie the Kangaroo, Mr Lion and Mr Wallaby. Although there are four special episodes dedicated to Peppa’s adventures in Australia, the additional five episodes will detail her adventures to London, where Peppa goes to the zoo and takes a cruise along a canal.

Peppa Pig has previously caused a minor stir in Australia after an episode was banned because it depicted Peppa making friends with a spider. We can’t have Aussie kids making friends with spiders after all.
